Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Klean Kuts Yard Care's website and services. By requesting service or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Service scope

All services are provided according to the scope confirmed in your written estimate. Additional work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Scheduling & weather

Recurring service is scheduled on a fixed day each week or every other week. Weather may push service to the next clear day; we'll notify you in advance.

Payment

Recurring residential service is billed monthly. Commercial accounts are billed per the contract terms. Past-due balances may pause service until cleared.

Cancellation

Recurring residential service has no long-term contract and may be paused or cancelled at any time with reasonable notice (typically one service cycle).

Property access & damages

Customer is responsible for clearing toys, pet waste, and other debris before each visit. We exercise reasonable care; please notify us of any concerns within 48 hours of a visit.

Insurance

Klean Kuts Yard Care maintains general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates are available on request.
